Last updated [date] · Twoa is made by [Company name] (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

The short version: your space is for the two of you. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, your answers stay hidden until you’ve both answered, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.

What your partner sees

Your partner sees what you share in your Couple Space: messages, memories, trips, and capsules that have opened.

Your answer to tonight’s question stays hidden from your partner until they have answered too. What you ask Twoa Coach is never shown to your partner. Wishlist reservations are hidden from the person who made the wish.

How we use your information

We don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU and UK), we rely on performing our contract with you to run Twoa, on your consent for optional features such as notifications and location, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure.

AI features

Twoa uses Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, for Twoa Coach replies, the “Noticed” line after a reveal, and planning dates from nearby places. Twoa asks your permission before any of your data is sent to Anthropic, the first time you use one of these features. If you choose “Not now”, they use Twoa’s built-in tips and plans instead, which never leave your phone. You can change your choice any time in Us › settings › AI features. With your permission, when you use a feature, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply:

We don’t store these prompts or replies on our servers. We keep only a count of how many AI requests you’ve made, for fair-use limits. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. Read more on how we use AI.

Your choices and rights

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Twoa is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child is using Twoa, email [email protected] and we’ll delete the account.

Security

No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your space and will tell you if a breach affects your data, as the law requires.

This website

twoa.app doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser doesn’t contact third parties to show this page. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security, and deletes them on a routine schedule.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
