Subscriptions
Twoa is free to use. Twoa+ is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features for both of you. This page explains exactly how it works.
What’s included

Evenings planned from real places nearby, time capsules and memories.
Plans and price
- Twoa+ is available weekly or yearly.
- The exact price in your currency is always shown in the app and by Apple before you confirm. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
- A free trial may be offered. If it is, the length is shown before you start, and you won’t be charged until it ends.
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial.
- Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
How to cancel
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Twoa.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Twoa+ until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Deleting the app or your Twoa account doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Settings first.
Restore purchases
New phone? In the app, open the Twoa+ screen and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something isn’t working, email [email protected] and we’ll help.
